Chief Executive Officer
Jonathan assumed control following the death of his father 2015. Jonathan has spent 30 years in the UK Police Service attaining the rank of Inspector. He has extensive knowledge and experience in modern people management practices, customer focus, service delivery, crisis management, strategic awareness and professionalism.
Richard Smith
Operations Manager
Richard has been working in the security industry since 2010. His main area of expertise is television Outside Broadcasting. He holds a Level 2 Door Supervisors qualification as well as a NVQ certificate for Crowd Safety. He also holds a HABC Level 2 Award for upskilling Door Supervisors within the private security industry.
Paul Seaton
Assistant Manager - Operations South
Paul has worked for GCM Security for over 5 years. He holds a Level 2 Door Supervisors qualification as well as a NVQ certificate for Crowd Safety. He also holds a HABC Level 2 Award for upskilling Door Supervisors within the private security industry.
Thomas Peacock
Company Director
Thomas spent his working life in the mining industry as a collier. He rose to a management position, retiring from the industry as Materials Officer at the UK's most productive deep mine. Since then he became a local school Governor and Chair of the Finance Committee.
Mike Cowan
Assistant Manager - Operations North
Mike has been an operative with GCM Security for over 10 years. He was previously in management within the Private sector. He holds a Level 2 Door Supervisors qualification as well as a NVQ certificate for Crowd Safety. He also holds a HABC Level 2 Award for upskilling Door Supervisors within the private security industry.
Mark Scarratt
Assistant Manager - Operations North
Mark is a new addition to the management team. He previously served thirty years as a Detective with Merseyside Police. He resides in the Liverpool area where he has his own successful security company. Mark brings a number of skill-sets to the team with experience of managing large scale events a particular speciality and holds a Level 2 Door Supervisors SIA licence.
Ken Croken
Assistant Manager - Operations North (Scotland)
Ken is based in Scotland where he runs his own very successful security company. He brings an incredibly experienced eye to GCM Security. His wealth of industry expertise and technical knowledge is a massive bonus.
